* = After agreement with the coach, one weekend from Friday night to midday Sunday, where
everything is covered from running technique, nutrition, race tactics, to strength training, where
additional questions are also answered. The weekend includes a long run with the coach
Saturday and a practical strength session Sunday. The 1on 1 coaching weekend with the coach
is optional and comes with the additional cost for travel/food/lodging for the coach.
** = The coach joins the goal race, runs the whole race with the client carrying backpack with
additional clothes, nutrition/hydration etc that the client might need during the race and helping
out with tactics and other things that might occur along the way. The coach joining the race is
optional and comes with the additional cost for travel/food/lodging/race entry fee for the coach.
